Advisory Network
Built from the chair, informed by patients, supported by wellness professionals, and guided by healthcare advisors.
Patient Experience Advisors
Patient Experience Advisors are individuals who bring firsthand knowledge of the dialysis and kidney disease journey. This group may include patients, caregivers, family members, and patient advocates who help ensure that every feature, resource, and educational tool reflects the real world experiences and needs of the people we serve.
Their insights help guide product development, identify unmet patient needs, improve usability, and ensure that our solutions remain focused on empowering patients through awareness, education, and engagement.
Wellness Advisors
Wellness Advisors provide practical perspectives on the day to day patient experience within the dialysis environment. This group may include dialysis technicians, patient support staff, wellness coordinators, and other individuals who regularly interact with patients throughout their care journey.
Their role is to provide feedback on patient engagement, communication, education, and overall usability while helping identify opportunities to improve the patient experience through supportive wellness focused tools and resources.
Healthcare Advisors
Healthcare Advisors are licensed healthcare professionals who provide subject matter expertise and guidance on kidney care, patient education, and healthcare communication. This group may include nephrologists, nurses, renal dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals who choose to participate in an advisory capacity.
Healthcare Advisors help ensure that educational content is accurate, understandable, and aligned with established standards of care. Their participation supports the development of patient centered resources while recognizing that ChairCalm and Patient Advocate One are independent wellness and education platforms and do not provide medical advice or medical care.
Healthcare Advisory Council
The Healthcare Advisory Council is a multidisciplinary group of healthcare professionals, patient representatives, and community stakeholders who provide strategic guidance and feedback to support the mission of improving patient awareness, education, engagement, and communication.
The Council serves as a collaborative forum for sharing perspectives, reviewing educational initiatives, identifying emerging patient needs, and helping ensure that programs and resources remain relevant, accessible, and patient centered.
Participation on the Council does not imply endorsement of any product, service, treatment, or medical recommendation.
